Lead Facilitator — Primary

About the Role

As Lead Facilitator for our Primary programme, you will be the architect of day-to-day learning experiences for children aged 5–11. This is not a traditional teaching role — it is a design role, a mentoring role, and a research role all in one. You will work within Satori's Four-Layer Learning Model, weaving together project-based learning, AI-personalised pathways, mindfulness practices, and real-world application into coherent learning journeys that respect each child's unique developmental pace. You will collaborate closely with our AI Learning Specialist to interpret adaptive learning data and translate it into meaningful, human-centred facilitation. Your classroom will be a studio, a lab, and a sanctuary — a space where curiosity is the curriculum and every child feels seen. We are looking for someone who understands that education is not about transferring knowledge but about unlocking potential, someone who can hold space for both structured inquiry and spontaneous wonder.

What You’ll Do

• Design and facilitate project-based learning experiences aligned with Satori's pedagogical framework
• Collaborate with the AI Learning Specialist to personalise learning pathways for each student
• Embed mindfulness and social-emotional learning practices into daily routines
• Conduct ongoing formative assessments using portfolio-based and competency-tracking methods
• Mentor and support a cohort of primary learners as their key person
• Participate in weekly reflective practice sessions with the facilitation team
• Communicate regularly with families about their child's growth and discoveries

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified teacher status (or international equivalent) with 3+ years of primary experience
• Deep understanding of constructivist, Montessori, or Reggio Emilia approaches
• Experience with project-based or inquiry-based learning methodologies
• Comfort with educational technology and data-informed instruction
• A genuine passion for child-centred, whole-person development
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Willingness to relocate to Malta (relocation support provided)
