Satori Academy Secures €2.4M Seed Round to Launch in Malta

A Milestone for Mission-Driven Education

We are delighted to announce that Satori Academy has closed a €2.4 million seed funding round, bringing together a consortium of impact investors, education innovators, and strategic angels who believe that K–12 education is ready for a fundamental reimagining.

The round was led by leading impact investors with participation from education technology pioneers and experienced school operators. This investment will fund the build-out of our St. Paul's Bay campus, the development of our adaptive learning platform, and the recruitment of our founding team of facilitators.

This isn't just a school — it's a proof of concept for a new model of education that we believe can scale across Europe and beyond.

What This Means

With this funding, we are now fully capitalised through our launch in September 2026. Key milestones include the completion of our purpose-built campus, the onboarding of our founding cohort of 60 students, and the beta launch of our proprietary AI learning platform.

We will also be investing heavily in research and documentation, ensuring that every aspect of our model is evidence-informed and openly shared with the wider education community.
